Account Security

Two-step verification is available on all accounts. We recommend enabling it immediately after registration. Any suspicious login attempt triggers an automatic alert to your registered email address so you can act without delay.

Retention Schedule

We retain account records for the period required by applicable financial and regulatory law in the jurisdictions where we operate. Once the mandatory period expires, data is deleted or anonymised on a rolling schedule.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct inaccuracies or submit a deletion request — where permitted by law. Requests are processed within 30 days or the period required by local regulation, whichever is shorter.

We collect the information you provide at registration — name, email address, date of birth and payment details such as your UPI handle or Paytm number. We also collect device and session data automatically to maintain security and improve platform performance.
